I have a few questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.

Quick questions:

  1. Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project?
  2. If so, could you provide a detailed set of steps in order to reproduce this issue on our end?
  3. When you say that you open the content browser, are you saying that you are trying to open a specific blueprint?
  4. Was this project upgraded from an older version of the engine?
  5. Can you provide screen shots of any blueprints that may be involved?
  6. Can you provide the crash log that is given when the engine crashes?
  7. Can you provide your dxdiag?
