Crash on start in debug build

I am trying package my android game for a debug game build because at a certain point in game it is crashing in the shipping build so i need the log
but when i build the deubggame build it crashes on start and gives this error in the log

I have tried deleting all the binaries, intermediate, deriveddatacache and saved
still getting same issue when i switch to shipping it gets fixes

Meaning, the engine is not finding a required material shader, which was most likely not cooked. The best approach here would be to force a full re-cook, so the DefaultLightFunctionMaterial is properly captured.

Now, you mentioned that Binaries/Intermediate/Saved were already deleted from your project folder, but you also need to make sure that the copy of DDC in your local app data engine folder is also deleted. Any stale shader data left there can affect the process.

Once you cleared that up, run the following commands:

r.ShaderDevelopmentMode=1
r.Shaders.Optimize=0

Then start the cook from Platforms > Cook Content > Android.

You should also check how your shaders are being saved in the build. Go to Project Settings > Packaging, and search for “Share Material”. Now, check the status for “Share Material Shader Code” and “Shared Material Native Libraries”. If they are disabled, enable them (or viceversa), then test a fresh cook. This will alter how the shaders are bundled with the materials.

One more thing to check for your packaging, ensure that all your required maps are included for the build. Go back to Project Settings > Packaging, and search for “map”, which should get you to “List of maps to include in a packaged build”.
