Your hardware seems to be fine, so it shouldn’t be that. It’s likely that you are missing some dll, software or prerequisites when running those games. Typically when installing a game on steam, if that game uses third party libraries, like Microsoft, it will be installed with the game. It could be the case that your computer never installed those libraries.
I would suggest downloading the Unreal Engine prerequisite file. These files are required to run Unreal Engine, and often games created by it.
