3 Android devices reported crash at /system/lib/libMali.so in our game.

Can you check UE4 logs ? maybe there will be more info whats goes wrong. It outputs in to logcat, you can view it in DDMS:
UE4 outputs with “UE4” tag so you can filter it to see only UE4 stuff
I received these from Play. Unfortunately I can’t reproduce this issue with my devices.
Not sure if it possible to deduce something those logs, i translate the massge and it saying ti happens on mission start. It also kind of strange it only occurs (well we dont know the 3rd case) on Russian devices, this might be some kind of hit. I would ignore it if it was just 3 cases as this might be 's system issue
I would like to ignore but we are losing 5% of our players because of crash on launch or level loading.
This case looks like a driver issue with Android 4.4 operating system & gpu. If you have any device with this combination, you may download Shipping version from Play(skate and strike) if you want to see whether it is reproducing or not. That would be very helpful

The libMali issue is actually a driver crash. I would suggest making sure that your customers aren’t using a rooted version of Android and that their devices are up to date.
