It will certainly get the job done, but as Darthviper above noted, the CPU is going to be the bottleneck there.
Also, I want to note that the extra $130 for GTX 970 will let you have way, way better GPU
What extra $130 ? He all ready owns the 760.
Like the others said, cpu is going to be the weak link GFX card is fine.
