While I haven’t watched all of the vids, the Widget Layout video doesn’t go over using anchors; which seems to be the first convenient place to mention those.

In Unreal Engine 5 you want to add [canvas Panel]
It used to be added by defauly in UE4, but in UE5 we need to add it manually
