Course: Transitioning Maya to Unreal for animators

In this course, you’ll learn how to animate directly in Unreal Engine using Control Rig characters and prop actors within Sequencer to build full shots and explore workflows both new and familiar. With production-focused practices in mind, we’ll dive into the benefits of working with real-time authoring tools, while building off your prior experience in tools like Maya to make learning a new set of tools both smooth and exciting.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to create and animate full sequences using any combination of keyframe animation techniques and motion capture workflows, through Level Sequences and Subsequences. You’ll also learn to use Unreal’s native authoring tools for animators, such as various Curve Editor features, a new Constraints system, Space Switching, and dynamic Control Rig features that will open the door to new ways of animating, as well as the ways you’re used to working.

It seems like you are missing some content between Modules 2 and 3. There is a pretty big jump there.

RE: my comment. Video 7 seems to be the one we need- just out of order

Yes @Epic_ELT. Seems we are missing a lot.
There seems to be modules missing between 1) Why Unreal Engine and 2) Welcome to Unreal Engine 5.4.

The next module is Animation Mode tools, but it jumps into the sequencer showing animation with the mannequin in it already, and he said “if you watched the other videos that came before this, you will know how we got here” but there is nothing that shows how he got there haha.

Did it just not upload correctly? Thanks!
