Our team also encountered this issue, but fortunately, it has been resolved.
We tried to locate where the error was within the project, starting by deleting all devices, then using Ctrl+Z, we removed half of the devices, then a quarter… one-sixth… gradually narrowing it down. 
In the end, we found that there was a full-width exclamation mark " ! " used in the description of the accolades device. Once we removed the exclamation mark " ! ", the issue disappeared, and the island could be published smoothly.
