Correct Way To Test Listen Servers?

Hi, I’m in the process of replicating my blueprints and testing them in the editor seems to run fine in both listen and dedicated, when I compile and test only my dedicated seems to work correctly but my listen server lags immensely, my character rubberbands around the level etc.

I’m assuming this is because the game window that I’m hosting on isn’t in focus so its degrading the performance of the server because of that, I checked the ping using “stat net” and my ping is around 18 so its not actual lag.

Is this why my listen server is lagging if so whats the best practice in testing my listen servers in the future, is there a way to ensure the game window that’s hosting is running as if it was in focus?
