We recommend uninstalling Twinmotion through the Epic Games Launcher. To do this, you can go to your Library page and find the version of Twinmotion you want to uninstall. For the version you want to uninstall select the ellipsis button (the three dots next to the Twinmotion thumbnail) and select Uninstall.
