Copying a Procedural Mesh

After slicing a Procedural Mesh, I want to place one of the two resulting ProcMesh components in a new instance of the BP, but the Mesh does not show up in the Spawned Actor.

Is there any way to duplicate Procedural Mesh components? Is there any way to copy a Procedural Mesh component into a new Spawned Actor?

This appears to be an open question still in 2024, I have not found a way yet but I suppose this is a good place to post if I do!
