Copy Position of Bones from Animation to Control Rig in Sequencer


I am doing some simple animations in the controll rigg. I want to put the Controll Rigg at the beginning of the animation in the position (or close to it) of the Third Person Idle Animation. So blending between these two animtion would be easy.

Is there a simple way to do so?
