The error appears to be related to that line. Based on the message, it looks like the material is referencing an asset located in the Engine folder rather than one stored within your project’s Content folder.

You could try the following:

  1. Open the material /DatasmithContent/Materials/C4DReference in the editor.
  2. Look for any references to WhiteSquareTexture.
  3. Replace those references with your own.

After making the change, save the material and try compiling the project again to see if the issue is resolved.
