Cook fails on Push, but works with Launch

You can test if its the HLOD layer thats a problem by making a new HLOD layer and dragging it into the World Settings, test without building HLODs, if that works, build HLODs and test again.

If it works the old HLOD layer is corrupted and you can delete it, continue using the new one.

If it doesn’t work at all, something in the map is an issue and whatever it is should be discluded from the HLOD or you could disable streaming, but if you are over the memory limit it’s better to find the cause.

It’s not too much of a problem to disable/re enable world streaming and it won’t hurt your map, any map changes need the HLODs to be rebuilt anyway.

You can also Check in Changes and make a snapshot, then resync to your project when it was working (if you have a snapshot from then) and test to see if it works, if it does work, something you have added in since is most likely the issue.
