Cook failing, access violation

Hey,
I’m on 4.8.3, and at some point fairly recently (but not recently enough for me to have any idea which of my many commits, if any, caused this) I stopped being able to package my game. The log has no errors until the fatal one, and seems pretty unhelpful to me but I’m hoping someone else can see what’s causing the problem from it or have some ideas. I’ve tried it on more than one machine, and tried a bunch of random things like making sure all referenced maps are in the cook list and fixing up all redirects. Dunno, hey.
