Cook content for windows fail 4.12.5/4.13.1

How would one go about debugging ‘LogOutputDevice:Error:’'s related build errors?

Thus far I have tried:

  1. -Delete Intermediate, saved, config, etc
  2. -Remake new project → Successfully cook new project → Migrate to new
  3. -Upgrade engine ver 4.12.5 → 4.13.1
  4. -Delete/remake/recompile/etc warning classes
  5. -Recreated/remade/deleted/recreated "Couldn’t find inherited parent
    component " related class warnings

My output log below contains 32 nondescript errors labled LogOutputDevice:Error:

It looks like you’re having some trouble with your behavior trees in the BTDecorator_BlueprintBase.cpp file line 67. Did you modify this file?
