Converting to spawnable removes vertex paint

Hello! I haven’t been using UE for that long, but I don’t think that this a feature, at least it sure looks like a bug. Vertex paint disappears after an object is converted to spawnable in cinematic sequencer. Furthermore, if I paint an object that’s already is spawnable (or copy and paste the mesh paint info) the paint disappears after saving the project. It’s not supposed to work like that, is it?
