Converting a 2D jpeg file to a 3D file for use in Unreal Engine

Hi everyone, I am new here.

I have this 2D jpg file created from an Ai prompt and 'm wondering if anyone knows a high quality converter to 3D.

I’ve tried Meshy, and a couple others suggested in the Unreal Engine, Boundless Entertainment Facebook page, the detail doesn’t come through.

I can’t upload the image, however if you visit the Boundless Entertainment Facebook page you will see the jpg.
