converted Twinmotion file falters in VR and is pixelated.

I wanted to view a Twinmotion file from version 2021.1.4 in Twinmotion 2022.1.2 or 2022.2.2 with the VR glasses.

Twinmotion asks when opening if the file should be converted, which I did.

In Twinmotion itself everything looks fine, but in the VR glasses there are dropouts (picture turns black and partly hourglass) and the picture is much more pixelated.

When testing the unconverted version in Twinmotion 2021.1.4 everything runs smoothly and less pixelated.

It seems to be due to the converted file, because .udatasmith files imported into the new Twinmotion versions also run problomless in the VR.

Are there any experiences or solutions to this?

Hello ,

This sounds like something that would require some additional investigation from our support team. Could you please submit a bug report here and attach a copy of your files for our team to investigate? We would need a copy of the original 2021.1.4 file, the converted file (just the 2022.2.2 conversion should be sufficient), as well as which VR headset you are using. For your Twinmotion files, be sure to use the Resource Collector in Twinmotion's Edit menu to package and compress your file with all texture data for sharing.

Best,
