Converted level to world partition, now can't move character.

I figured I would try the world partition system for my open world level. After it completed I used build all and it built HLOD for 10 minutes which is unusual. After that completed I press play in the viewport and my character is no longer able to move at all. The camera can still look around but my character is stuck or something now? I restarted ue5.1 and it still is happening. Character is supposed to use default third person template for movement and default animations. Nothing was changed since it was working except adding the world partition conversion to my level. The game mode appears to still be BP_ThirdPersonGameMode and ThirdPersonCharacter movement blueprints are still there which is normal. Anyone know why this is happening?
