Summary

During publishing the product (The preview cannot be processed) An error occurred of files GLTF, GLB, USDZ (Your listing is invalid and cannot be sent to moderation), so i can’t able to summit my product, now all i want is delete this file but i can;t able to do that too, please help me

Hello, any solution??
I have the same problem, I cannot convert files, I cannot undo the format,my asset is unable to be updated because of this error.

Hii, Use and simple fbx file, use that file for conversion and the preview will be generated properly, then you can delete the converted files, and proceed to submit without converting to other formats.
