I want to know how to convert the content of the UE5 project into UE4. Especially for the UMG part.
My device is not running smoothly with UE5, so I hope to achieve this.
Try disabling Lumen, Virtual Shadowmapping and Nanite. It should triple your fps, if not more.
What you are trying to achieve is not doable, sadly </3

I’ve managed to keep Lumen, but VSMs and Nanite are gone. 20 fps → 70+ fps (4K)
5.3
i7
SSD
64G Ram
RTX 3060
Also, a second start of the executable can eliminate hitching.
There’s an plugin called asset downgrader on the unreal marketplace. I managed to kinda downgrade one project. But I had to rewrite several functions or entire classes.
Be aware the documentation is IMO lacking.
I also tried it only for UE 5.4 to UE 5.0.
