I have been trying to convert my Quixel points for about a month now but I keep getting the same error:
Something went wrong while registering you for refund through Hyper Wallet. Please check your inputs and try again after some time. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
I got in touch with the support team straight away but nothing got resolved, the last email I got today was:
According to Hyperwallet support, your user ID is already being used for another user under the Epic Games account.
It is suggested to use/register a different ID and try again.
I have a PayPal account but I don’t have a Hyperwallet account, I can’t find a way to register and even if, the field in the Quixel form for the email address is prefilled I wouldn’t be able to change it.
Has anyone encountered the same issue or managed to get their money back?
