Convert EVERYTHING selected into one static mesh without losses in visual quality

Who knows how to convert everything selected (static mesh actors, skeletal mesh actors, blueprints, landscapes and so on) into one static mesh that looks exactly as the original actors? I mean preserving the shape of all meshes, materials etc., with just merging and deanimating. I have tried several ways, but they don’t work.

@RecourseDesign, I have also tried. It does not work for blueprint with meshes deformed with curve. In output mesh there is broken texture tiling.

I don’t know if you’ll find anything that will 100% get everything first go - you may need to do things like convert spline meshes to static first.
