Controlling animation sequence start time

I’m completely new to UE. Trying to control animation(character animation sequence imported as FBX) to start at a certain time, say like 1 minutes into the game. and maybe another one at 3 minutes.
Without user input or a camera (player) movement. It may sound strange but it I’m trying to use UE to produce a presentation not really a game. I can just make a video but realtime interaction could be useful for my purpose. Could anyone help me or direct me to some tutorials?

there should be a bunch of videos in the unreal learning channel
