controller rotation and Ik/fk swapping

Hey. I’m an animator coming from Maya, and there are features that make animation cumbersome in Unreal.

Is there a way to make the rotation of a controller function as it does in Maya, where it’s a orb instead of a quarter circle manipulator, that you can only grab one axis at a time?

Also, ik/fk switch on the control rig… is rough. It’s going through a sub menu, ticking a box, animating, and repeat-- for each swap. Is there a way to make the ik/fk swap less awful, and feel as it does in maya?
