Controller Calibration 6dof

I am trying to calibrate a motion controller(similar to vive controller) that I place in world space. When the user hits a button the actor is static in world space. When the user hits the button the controller should be calibrated to the actor in world space. Except that the rotations are completely off. I have attached my blueprint any help with the math would be very helpful. I have been stuck for days and would be very grateful for the help.
