Control Rig Spline Rigging for Sequencer?

Unfortunately, I cannot move the control in the viewport.

Cannot move controls

However, I can move the control in Sequencer.

I followed the Epic Tutorial for Spline and Control Rig.

Question: how do I gain the ability to move the Control Rig in the scene view so I can keyframe the rig in Sequencer?

The controls would not move cause the scale of the control was small and I had Snap on. If I turn off Snap, the controls will move.
