Control rig heirachry funciton not found in 4.23.1

One of the first instructions when building a control rig is to add in rig Hierarchy reference and it works in 4.22

But in 4.23 it is missing along with all the structure variables

I have tried turning off context sensitivity and compiling the blueprint to no avail. There were no mentions of changes made to the control rig for 4.23

4.23 has many missed features in control rig. It’s not built-in with the engine and might be mistakenly missed or intentionally removed, sadly there are no information about control rig in 4.23
