Control rig creation is very tedious and can be simplified

The process of creating a control rig is very tedious.
You need to create a control for every bone, select all created controls, unparent them, recreate bone hierarchy with controls, remove all empty spaces and then to drag & drop all bones and controls to editor and connect them.

Would be cool if all of this could be done automatically with a single click.

Or at least provide an ability to perform actions in bulk, for example when selected all the bones add ability to create a control for all of them. Ability to unparent all selected control with keeping hierarchy
Add ability to show only filtered items without their parent items, this way it would be simpler to select all filtered items and apply action upon them
