Control Rig Controls Missing in Viewport

Hi. I’m just learning about Control Rig and I can’t get the control rig controls to appear in the viewport. I’m using a custom character that I created in Character Creator 5. I used their import plugin to bring it into Unreal. In the process it created a control rig. If I use Quinn everything works as it should with all the controls visible. In the CC5 rig a hierarchy shows in the Animation Outliner. There is something that looks out of place in that there is a lightning bolt over the skeleton with a note that “This item is spawned by a sequencer by a custom spawnable binding according to this object’s spawn track”. Perhaps this is the problem?

Solved. Since CC5 exports with the exact bone structure and naming as the Mannequin skeleton I was able to copy the Mannequin’s control rig and replace the preview asset with the CC5 character skeletal mesh and everything was fine.
