Control Rig - Control doesn't stay on the bone

Hi !

First time using Control Rig, I’ve imported a mesh made and rigged in Maya.

I’ve created some basics controls, but when I try to move it within the viewport on the left, it goes all over the place, my bone spread everywhere (black line and buggy shadows in the back on the floor)

When I move it within the details panel, it move fine but the control doesn’t stay on the mesh and it seems to create a bone between the mesh and the control.
