Control Rig Bone/Controller Scaling

Hi, I’m running into a problem with control rig that I’m unsure how to solve.

I rigged a character and set up its control rig. Everything worked, but then I had to scale up the character 2.5x it’s original size. Animation assets work properly on the scaled up version, but the control rig was made at specific world positions and the bones all move to those positions when I open the control rig.

Scaling up the control rig to fit the new character size doesn’t work because it also passes those scale transforms onto the bones. Right now it seems like moving the controllers individually is my only option, but I don’t know of any way to snap the controllers to bone positions to make the process faster.

Is there some way to scale up the rig and freeze the transforms so that it doesn’t pass the scale onto the bones? Or is there a way to snap the controls to the bone positions to make the manual placement less painful? Is there another way to deal with this that I am missing?
