Is there any possibility to read control points data file ? I’m asking because Capturing Reality doesn’t have “search marked points option” and “search centroid of point option”. I can do it in other software but I can’t insert results (pixel coordinates of GCP on each photo) to CR.

Yes, it is possible to import pixel coordinates of CPs. Unfortunately right now there is no GUI for this so it’s possible only in CLI version.
