Control Camera with Mouse (make it not use click and drag)

Hello! I was wondering if someone could tell me what I may be doing wrong? I can’t see to be able to set my camera to follow the “cursor”, such as like a FPS camera. But instead I have to click and drag. If I switch my Player Controller Class to Player Controller instead of Changing_Material, then I am able to get what I want. So I am assuming it’s something to do with my Player Controller Class? I need the mouse over/show mouse/click events. I’ve tried a bunch of different methods (still new to blueprinting/Unreal), but none are working yet. And I can’t see to find any answers related to my question on Google. Any help, or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
