In ‘Escape Condition,’ a player chooses each day between a mission for science and a mission for divinity, as they try to find the right balance required to achieve a Utopian future. Weapons, gear and lore are unlocked throughout the game, dependent on those player choices.

I need a 3d artist to create a blender file for my modular building system, as well as export the needed FBX files with specified material slot setups.
All assets will be built to a 4m x 4m scale, the UE4 project is set to centimeters.
I’ll send over a diagram for all assets needed along with the desired number of material slots, what areas the materials will relate to (for UV Mapping) and the naming convention for the exported .FBX files.
The assets you create will need to tile seamlessly so that they can be combined in a large variety of building constructions. All should pivot center. They also need to have an optimized texel density for first person gameplay. You will be expected to test the tiling locally using Megascan sample materials that I provide (pillars should work correctly next to solid wall pieces, etc.).
I don’t estimate this to take more than a few days b/c of the simplicity of the shapes needed, and the low overall mesh count.
