Arch Viz Realistic Materials
Description:
Creation of realistic materials for arch viz projects. Work focused on building client-specific material libraries for use in Unreal Engine.
Materials range from simple painted surfaces to complex multi-layer materials such as coated fabrics, crystallized metals or layered reflective stone.
Projects typically require producing 100–200 materials within 2–3 weeks.

VR development for real estate developers, focused on luxury hotels, commercial and F&B projects.
Previous Work:
Private client work for real estate developers since 2015.
Talent Required:
Material Artist (1)
Strong experience creating realistic PBR materials.
Ability to generate seamless textures from reference images.
Experience working with layered materials (RGBA packing, masks, etc.) inside Unreal Engine.
Capable of handling both simple material instances and more complex custom materials when required.
Basic modeling skills are a plus (for generating accurate normal maps when needed).
Fully remote position.
Project-based collaboration with recurring opportunities.
Compensation:
Contract-based, paid per material.
Rates are negotiable depending on complexity.
Simple materials — standard price to be negotiated.
More complex materials can be quoted separately.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to invoice legally according to the regulations of your country in order to receive official payments.
