I’m experiencing the same issue. I started the enrollment process some time ago, but after realizing I was missing company information, I abandoned it. After obtaining the company information, I tried to “Continue Enrollment,” but the button doesn’t do anything after I click it. There are no error or warning messages; the button simply goes inactive for a moment and then active again.
I’ve tried different browsers and devices, but nothing works. I submitted the issue to Island Creator Support on 17.10.2024 and am waiting for a response. My deadline is 29.10.2024.
