Summary
I’ve tried a few times this week to set up a publisher profile for fab, When all required lines filled and profile images given the page throws an error when trying to submit and carry on to next step. I tried some testing and ran into the issue on two separate accounts and two different computers.
The error message given is “An error occurred while trying to process the response from server. Please retry later or contact an admin for help.”
After looking around for how to contact an admin this forum seems to be the closest thing I can find.

Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to register an account for publishing to fab. No apparent other cause.
Expected Result
Continue registering beyond the profile step.
Observed Result
“An error occurred while trying to process the response from server. Please retry later or contact an admin for help.”
