Content Disappears at a Distance after Windows Build

Hi All,

I’m using UE5.1 and trying to build out the City Sample. I have an Alienware with an i7 & 3080 graphics card. When I build it the assets are disappearing at a distance, leaving floating cars and roads & Building popping in as you approach them. I can’t find anyone else who has had this issue. What am I missing?
