I recently installed UE4 on Linux.
I created a project earlier and the assets were available in the content browser. Now my content browser is empty for every project I make. A screenshot is provided as well. Content Browser does have the assets if I open my previous project but not in the new ones. How can i fix this?
Your own assets or engine assets? Did you explore the view options in the bottom right?
When you create a new project there is an option to include some content, look for a tickbox. Perhaps that’s it.
Could give an example of an assets you used to or expect to see in, what looks like, a blank project?

Check if your project FPaths are set correctly and what the values are. I am not a Linux user but I know that the paths there are quite different from the Windows ones.
I’ve tried in the past to find some kind of configuration file from where these were loaded but lost interest before getting to the bottom of it.
You might start your investigation there and hopefully it helps.
This is what I managed to do. There were built-in assets when i created my first project, so whenever i create a new project, i just go back in the directory of my first project and copy the assets in the directory of my new project.
