Can i contact the epic games via email for know tools and features about unrel engine 4 as an example texts and audio localization or touch contros or rebindable keys system blueprint. If the answerhub know the answer to my questions and if you could kindly answer i would be very grateful.

To get official support directly from Epic, apart from the public channels, you have to sign a custom licensing agreement.
