Consumable ini setting help

I have been trying to follow along with that tutorial. But its not for use with a consumable item, I am trying to allow my consumable that heals you for a % of max health my configurable in the .ini file for what % is healed.
Can someone help me learn how to set this up.

Getting from step 2-6 is where I’m stuck because the tutorial example is a dino, not a consumable. Not sure how to set it up for a consumable.

you need to use an on use function in the primal item. there should be one that you can implement
