Constant Crashing with Unreal 4 and 5, having trouble figuring out what's going on

Hello! I just installed unreal 5 to do some Proof of concept work at my studio, and have been having a heck of a time just getting unreal to stay open.

I can’t seem to keep the program open for any longer than 1second to 15min without it crashing.

I’ve uninstalled stream VR, and disabled the plugins. De’clocked my CPU. Uninstalled and reinstalled Unreal 4 and 5 multiple times, updated my GPU drivers for my EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra. Unfortunately, I cant seem to remedy the issues.

If I open older projects into 4 or 5 without the current started content it seems to run a little bit longer.

When the software crashes I get this consistent error message:

Is this a direct X12 issue, I am at a loss right now and am about to buy a new SSD install a fresh version of windows on to it and see if that solves any issues. Seems drastic I know, but I need to keep my projects moving. Any help is greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance!
