Constant Crashing in Normal detail Calculate phase and can't abort the calculation.

Hello, I have a big problem on RC for a long time.

When I start calculate model in Normal detail, RC crashes constantly.  It freeze and I can’t abort calculate so I can’t exit from RC!( so I always close RC from task manager)

How should I fix it? or any support or update in RC? I have tried re-install RC over and over again but never solve this problem.

I posted same issue on this thread but no answer has been returned. So I post this again.

RC version : 1.1.14258-Blaze

Computer Specs:

  • AMD Ryzen5 3600 CPU @ 4.3 GHz

  • 48GB DDR4 Ram

  • Geforce 2070 8GB

  • Windows 10 professional(The latest version)

  • 200GB free on a SSD for RC cache writing

  • RealityCapture PPI version - latest edition

  • Power units 850W

   Please can you provide some more information about the projects you are getting the problem in. Is this in all projects? what types of inputs are being used? and what is the number of inputs?

I’m not sure the reason why. I think 90 percents of my projects crashes during calculate model phase.

My projects are;

  • Using 88 pics of jpeg files for input. All jpeg files are 2992 x 2000 pixels.
  • Using Nikon D5200 + 90mm macro lens with shooting photos.
  • No trouble with RC beta 1.0. I came across this problem with RC version 1.1.0.12901-Blaze.

Please let me know if more information are required. I can share my project with you.

Hi, I sent an email to your support address. Please confirm it.

I also sent you video logs which shows how RC crashes. I attached snap shots for the summary of those video on this thread.

I think not a few people are suffering this trouble because similar posts can be found in Bug report and General discussion forum. However, I can’t find the solutions to fix these problem.
