Consommation des ressources.

Hello.

J’ai souvent des interrogations, voir des problèmes, sur la façon dont TM utilise les ressources.

Ici (voir pièce jointe), j’ai une scène vide et pourtant 70 % de la mémoire GPU semble sollicitée.

Pourquoi et comment c’est possible ?

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je me trouve confronté à ce type d’incohérence.

Avez-vous ce type de problème ?

Avez-vous des suggestions ?

J’en profite pour vous demandez si TM sait utiliser 2 cartes graphiques ?

I often have questions, see problems, about the way TM uses resources.

Here (see attachment), I have an empty scene and yet 70% of the GPU memory seems to be used.

Why and how it is possible ?

This is not the first time that I have encountered this type of inconsistency.

Do you have this type of problem ?

Do you have any suggestions ?

I take this opportunity to ask you if TM knows how to use 2 graphics cards ?

Hello ,

Thank you for posting in the community regarding the Hardware usage. There does seem something strange if an Empty scene is saying it's using 70% of VRAM. When this happens would you be able to see in the details tab of the Task Manager what application is using the VRAM.

If you restart your computer and only run Twinmotion do you have the same results? We may need to investigate further if this is still happening with the latest hotfix 2022.2.1. Here is the link to report a bug: https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page

A la prochaine anomalie, je pratiquerai suivant ton explication et ferai suivre les données.

Cf : ce type d’anomalie apparait rarement et de manière aléatoire (que j’utilise ou non d’autres applications en même temps de TM).

At the next anomaly, I will practice according to your explanation and forward the data.
