Console command WinX doesn't work for me

I want to use “Execute Console Command” node to set Window position, it didn’t work, so I tested it in the consol and got same results. I found WinX and WinY commands at Command-Line Arguments in Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.1 Documentation

Any idea what is wrong?
