Hello everyone!
Maybe someone here can help. I have been trying for the past few days to get in contact with the Twinmotion Support after I bought the license. Sadly I need a recipt for the purchase, which was made after entering my company details, but it seems like they were not yet confirmed.
No I am trying to reach support for a refund and to rebuy the license now that the company is verified. The Epic Games Suppor lead me to Twinmotion where i can neither login or click on the contact us button. Both options lead to a failed login and a 404 page not found error page.
The Epic Games Support told me that they can not help me, as this is a Twinmotion issue and they can’t do anything for me.
Maybe someone here can help me or lead me in the right direction?
Things I have tried sofar:
- Icognito mode
- Diffrent browser
- Different computer
- My phone on cellular data
- Deleting chache and cookies
- I have found some information abotu having to accept the EULA when starting twinmotion. (I haven’t gotten a new pop up for accepting inside the programm)
It would be wonderful if anyone could help me, I am getting a little desperate.
