Connote log into the Epic games launcher, error code AS-202

Hello all,

Just tonight, out of nowhere, I can no longer log in to my games launcher, and that joke of an AI support assistant is useless.

I need to get a contact email for actual tech support.

I read the article on clearing the cache, but I don’t have ANY of the folders listed in ANY of the locations that the AI assistant tells me to look in to clear it.

Is there a link to an actual support “person”?

OR does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Had the same issue, uninstalling + reinstalling the launcher worked for me

I am having the exact same issue. I read online that a fix could be to fully reinstall the epic game launcher but I would prefer a solution where I can avoid if because I also read that this would result in all my Epic Games gone from my PC and requiring me to reinstall them.
