Hi, I installed TwinMotion a few months ago, at first I was able to connect the Revit visualization to the software without a problem and now I can’t. Does anyone know how to solve this or what I might be doing wrong?
I do the connection of the programs like this: Revit - 3D - view - open in Twinmotin
Suggest you go datasmith export. Works seamless.
Which OS are you on?
Which TM and Revit versions?
I’m having the same issue. Using Revit 2025 & Twinmotion 2025.1

Hi, those are not compatible.
Revit 2025 is only compatible with TM 2024 (if you are trying to use a real-time datasmith link), just as Revit 2024 only worked with TM 2023. Compatibility information is available on the Autodesk website if you have a subscription. Here is the information:

You might be using incompatible versions. For example Revit 2025 only works with TM 2024, Revit 2024 only works with TM 2023, and so on. This information is on the Autodesk site under “Twinmotion for Revit”, along with all the instructions on how and what to install.
